DEPOSIT TO HOLD - The Deposit to Hold and Application Fee are non-refundable under all circumstances. The Deposit to Hold will be credited towards the Security Deposit, rent and any other move in costs after a Lease Agreement is signed.

VEHICLES - Parking space is limited at The Apartment Community. Each household is permitted 2 passenger vehicles. Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles are not allowed.
